Lady is 5 years old. She is a lovely dog. She is quite shy about meeting new people but once she has had a few minutes to get used to you she is very friendly and loves a fuss and cuddle. Likewise with new dogs she is fine once she gets to know them but a bit barky initially. Because she tends to be a bit shy we would only consider a home with children old enough to understand not to overwhelm her with attention first off. She has not had experience of cats and since being with us met a couple of kittens who she was afraid of. She has a good recall and is responsive to commands but she does need someone who means what they say and can be clear about that. She can be left for a reasonable length of time, has no history of being destructive or noisy as far as we know.
Lady says ‘I really love my foster family and have made great friends with the dogs here. I have quite a few people I really like now and am looking forward to loving my new family. I don’t mind children but would prefer them to be respectful of my space. I love walks but don’t demand hours of trekking the hills. I love my food and home comforts so please someone offer me a home.’
